I get such a lot of requests from folks in Customer Experience roles asking me about the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) certification.... that I decided to host a few information sessions to support people considering doing the certification. Some of the questions that I get:

  • Where can I get support and coaching to be better in my CX role?
  • What can the CCXP behind my name do for me? Will it help my career?
So, I will host a session where we can have an open discussion about the CCXP and deal with your questions and support you to make the best decision to help you on your journey.
